This concept is phenomenal. It's whimsical, and the message it sends to me is that animals are more "one with nature" than humans are. I also like how the one antler is parallel to the picture plane and the other is perpendicular.. a wise use of space. You were also very successful in rendering the form of the deer with simple contour lines and subtle value shifts. Bravo!

Suggestions for improvement:
If you're going to make another one of these, or something similar, I would suggest making it a larger size so that you can get the details in there. I would love to be able to see everything you included there, like sharp lines for the stairs, etc.
I would also suggest that you do something with the background, even just a little abstract wash of flat color. It would give you more control over the whole piece. For this piece, I would suggest a light blue, like a sky.

Overall, lovely work. I could even see it as a tattoo design!
